These terms describe the intended paid beta relationship for MyNote Genie.
Beta software
MyNote Genie is pre-release Windows software available on request. Features, pricing, availability, usage limits, and supported integrations may change before general availability.
Use of the app
- You are responsible for confirming you have permission to record meetings, calls, or conversations.
- You are responsible for following all recording-consent, notice, privacy, employment, and communications laws that apply to your location, participants, and use case.
- You should tell participants when a meeting, call, interview, or conversation is being recorded when required by law or appropriate for the situation.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated transcripts, summaries, tags, answers, and action items before relying on them.
- You may not use the app or backend to violate law, infringe rights, or process content you are not allowed to process.
Cloud AI and third-party services
When cloud AI is enabled, the backend may send audio, transcript context, summary text, and related prompts to xAI/Grok. Billing and payment flows use Stripe-hosted Checkout pages.
Billing and usage
- Free, Premium, Pro, and Lifetime tiers are configured for beta checkout.
- Cloud AI usage is subject to monthly Grok-hour limits enforced by backend entitlement and usage tracking.
- Paid beta users may receive a short offline grace period when the backend is unavailable.
- Refund, cancellation, tax, invoice, and receipt handling are subject to final business review before live paid launch. For beta billing questions, email info@omniadataanalytics.com.
Local data and backups
Saved notes and recordings are stored locally on the user's Windows profile. Users should keep their own backups and protect exported backup files, which can include note and transcript content. Uninstall removes installed program files and shortcuts but intentionally preserves local data under %LOCALAPPDATA%\EchoNotes.
Data requests
Email info@omniadataanalytics.com for account, device, backend data deletion, billing, privacy, or support requests. Do not send payment card numbers, provider keys, passwords, or private meeting content in support email.
